Lessons are for all ages on a one-to-one basis with the swimming requirement. The basic level is designed for those who don't have a clear reference to what surfing is about, which is most of the population. Lessons include how to surf on a safe beach with small waves, learn about the proper equipment, how to stand up on the surfboard, how to stretch, beach etiquette, beach rules between local's, mother nature and it's lots of fun.
