When you have 10 or more passengers departing from the same city on the same flight (domestic USA) or 10 or more airline seats and 10 or more rooms at one hotel on the same reservation regardless of originating city.

Individual air reservations may be added to your land portion in addition to your air for everyone.

We can book the land portion for everyone as long as there is an overlap with all of the passengers for a minimum of three nights during their stay.
